1-All the walls and roof panels form the Karmod polyester cabin system are manufactured from (CTP) fiber glass reinforced polyester material with double wall thickness sandwich panels and by injecting polyurethane of 3.5 cm thickness at 40 density in between. They are sound and heat insulated.
2-The panels of Karmod modular cabin system are manufactured by combining rigid polyurethane foam and panels and insulating them with antibacterial silicon and besides the water, snow, dust and sound insulation hygienic appearance is established.
3-Karmod cabin (CTP) has been manufactured from fiber glass reinforced polyester material and as its external surface is coated with gel-coat pigment cake mixture refracted paint; it can easily be washed and cleaned. It is not affected from ultra violet lights and sun exposure. The external and internal surfaces have the property of resisting to atmospheric condition, anti corrosive, washable, rust proof, easily cleanable and the panels are resistant to impact and weight of 40 kg.
4- The panels that form the internal and external surfaces of Karmod cabin are resistant against +60 degrees ultraviolet sun light and to cold temperatures of -45 degree are manufactured with refracted white neon color material. However upon request various colors may be applied.
5- Aluminum window frames of Karmod cabin are painted with white electrostatic powder paint. Within the aluminum profile tampered auto glass of 4 mm has been used. When the glass is broken, it has the property not to harm the human beings.
6- Within the Karmod cabin there is complete electrical installation and at the corners of cabin Siemens branded fuses of 16 A and Viko branded grounded sockets, keys and telephone sockets. At the ceiling of the cabin there is armature with fluorescent lamp.
7- The door of Karmod cabin is in white color, electrostatic powder painted profiles are being used and there are 3 each hinges mounted at the door of panel and at the doors locks ITO brand locks have been used. At the window of the door, glass in thickness 4 mm has been installed.
8- The floor of Karmod cabin has been manufactured from profile material of 1.5 mm thickness. The profile chassis has been painted with anticorrosive paint. The top of profile chassis has been covered with fiber cement board of 16 mm thickness over this material, the floor has been painted with industrial rapid bead blue paint completely.
9- Karmod cabin is TSEK and ISO 9001-2000 certified and trade mark registered. The cabins are industry registered and trademark registered from chamber of commerce and patent institute.
10- The polyester cabins are guaranteed against manufacture and labor defects for at least 1 year.
11- Over the polyester cabins, there is Karmod branded aluminum and adhesive label. When the labels on the cabin are removed the Karmod cabin is out of guarantee coverage.
12- When the buyer is placing order he should definitely inform the door and window positions of Karmod cabin.
13- When the assembly to be performed by the buyer concrete of 10 cm height is laid at an area of the floor of the cabin and wooden chokes in 10 X 10 cm are placed on the concrete and the cabin is fixed to ground with 4 each dowels from the inside of cabin and the electrical and water connection is also performed by the buyer.
14- The delivery of Karmod cabins in Istanbul belongs to our company and out of Istanbul delivery belongs to buyer. The cabin will be delivered to the point in which the truck is edged. During the cabin installation or during mounting at troublesome places if crane is required for lifting and leaping the cost of crane belongs to the buyer.

Upon special request bench with drawer, sun visor, slicker, showcase shelves, Venetian blind, fan, sale massive portable toilet and shower accessories can be mounted inside the Karmod cabin additionally.

6-The properties of the toilet cabin have been installed in plaster depth. The clean water and Pimas connection piping are Fırat brand.
7-As ceramic, Turkish style floor stone and closet toilet (European style) stones and washbasin ceramics are container mountable ceramics of DOGVIT brand are mounted.
8-Washbasin facets, purity facets can be mounted to sanitary installation and the purity facets are ECESAN brand.
9-Flush tanks are suspended or connected to the rear of closet. The reservoirs are mounted with crimped hoses or flat pipes. The reservoirs are TEMA branded.
10- In toilet cabins Canakkale ceramic branded ceramic has been installed as a wet surface.
11- For shower container, excluding the other properties water plumbing has been installed with marble cast shower basin siphon of 80 X 80, shower basin, ECE branded cold and hot phoned shower armature, cold and hot sanitary installation, soap holder and hot water installation has been installed for water heater in the shower cabins.
12- Inside the Karmod cabin at the corners of the cabin automatic fuses of 16 A and VIKO branded grounded sockets, keys are used as electrical installation. On the ceiling of cabin, there is VIKO branded lighting armature.
13- The floor of the container has been manufactured from profile material of 1.5 mm thickness. Profile chassis has been painted with anticorrosive paint. For the floor of the toilet, cabin is raised 14 cm from ground for S and over the fiber cement board of 16 mm thickness, white colored ceramic is bonded in dimension of 20 X 20 and filled with jointing mortar.
14- Other vitreous materials like tissue paper holder, faucet mirror, hanger, plastic framed mirror set; ground screen, wash basin siphon, closet cover and other connection parts have been attached to toilet WC units.
15-Based on the special request polyester water tank of 400 lt can be installed over the toilet cabin. This is additional accessory.
16-As an accessory, 16 cm or 20 cm fan can be installed.
17-As an accessory, water heater can be installed in shower cabins.
18- Upon request special additional urinal and lavatory with footrest can be installed.

1-Mobile WCs, European style closeted toilets and shower units are manufactured ready and demounted. With its packed situation, it can be carried by 2 persons.
2- Inside the toilets, there is urinal and closet.
3- Over the packages of each unit mobile WCs there is a written assembly schematic.
4- The installed dimension of the demounted WCs is 120 X 120X 230 cm.
5. Inside the toilets toilet unit with lavatory with pumped foot pedal of 150 liters has been installed.
6- The total weights of the mobile WCs will be 105 kg.
7-The raw material used in the WCs are manufactured from medium density polyurethane.
8- The wall thickness of the post at the carrying part of the units is at least … mm in thickness. The wall thickness on non transporting wall units will be at least in thickness of 3.5 mm. At places subject to pressure the wall thickness has been manufactured as minimum 5.5 mm.
9-The product weights are: ( + &-) % 3 tolerance.
10- The chemical composition of the original polyethylene used at products is:

11- Demounted WCs can be assembled within at last 15-20 minutes by 2 persons.

13- After the assembly of the WCs they have the property of transporting in one piece.
14-European WCS have the capacity of storing 200 lt of waste water.
15- The waste in WCs can be evacuated with sewage truck etc type of machines.
